Everytime i go into server 2 I go on for 1 second andthen this message pops up and kicks me off???? WHAT DO I DOOO

So I had just made him and I went to put it in the armor stand and then it just disappeared out of nowhere but it lagged as it disappeared, and I checked the ground if I accidentally dropped it and no it wasn't there
