Schematica Permitted 2.4 (Or others)

Suggestion:
I would like to propose that the mod Schematica be added to the pack or at very least permitted for use on the server. It allows players to be able to build schematics and I don't think that really hinders anything. I would like it to be added because it allow players to more easily build structures and it really doesn't do much more.

According to the Owner, people would use it to build obstructive and annoying builds.

this is why it is not allowed on the server is because staff with creative who like to use it to build massive bases
